CYPRUS

For orders related to shipments in Cyprus, the costs are automatically calculated upon registration of your details and the payment of your order is completed electronically by credit card.

OTHER COUNTRIES

For orders concerning other foreign countries outside Cyprus, the payment of your order is completed electronically by credit card without including shipping costs. Then, after your order is successfully registered, the order management calculates the weight of the shipment and based on this, a new order is created where only the amount of expenses is included. Within one working day, an email is received with a neon link for the payment of the expenses, while your initial order remains pending until the payment is completed.

SHIPPING DATE FOR ALL COUNTRIES ABROAD

The estimated shipping date that appears on the tab of all the products of the online store is the date that the order leaves our warehouse with the courier companies EMS or SPM. Delivery of your order from the date of shipment is:

2-4 working days (via EMS courier)

MISSIONS OUTSIDE GREECE

2-8 working days based on the country of destination (via EMS or SPM courier) Working days are calculated from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Due to some unbalanced factors (such as bad weather, strikes, inability to deliver on time by courier companies, etc.) who are independent of our company, the order may not be delivered to you within the time period mentioned above. In these cases the company DAFNI store does not bear any responsibility. On the day of shipment, you receive a relevant information electronically and with the bill of lading number you will have, you will be able to check the progress of your parcel until the moment of delivery.

You can visit our store and make your purchases directly from our store by choosing the products of your choice and paying with cash, credit (up to 6 interest-free installments) or debit card or even by bank deposit account. What you need to remember is that the offers and discounts of the online store do NOT apply to our physical store, varying the prices of many of the products.
Orders are NOTtaken by phone. For any information or assistance regarding the registration of your order, call the customer service department from Monday to Friday 9: 00-16: 00.
In case you want a product sample, we can create for you the code you want (up to 3 different products). Fill in the contact form with the code you are interested in as well as the full details of the recipient (name-address-contact phone). We inform you that all samples are charged at twice the listed initial price and are discounted by deposit in a bank account adding shipping costs (€ 3.50). The cost of the sample is refunded when you order the specific sample.
You can place any additional order keeping in mind that it will be considered a new order and will have the treatment and terms of a new order. Additional orders should also be placed through our online store.

The ready to deliver products are immediately available and are sent from our warehouse the next working day if the order has been registered before 12:00. For all the rest where some preparation-manufacturing time is required, you are informed with a relevant informative e-mail or through the tab of each product.
