In products such as invitations, bonbons, etc., which are designed and manufactured especially for you, based on your own wishes and choices, there is no possibility of return.

Food – Vulnerable products

Also, returns of products belonging to the food category such as sweets, marshmallows, cupcakes, cookies etc. are not accepted.

Returns are also not accepted on products on offer.

RETURN PROCESS

If the product you have purchased does not belong to any of the above categories (of specially designed products, food and offers) and you are not completely satisfied, you must within 10 days from the date of issue of the sales document, contact customer service and then send us in writing your request for return of the products, to the e-mail: sales@dafnistore.gr, so that we can arrange its return. The relevant shipping cost of the returned products will be charged to you. In addition, in any case, the return and replacement is possible under the necessary condition that the product has not been used, is in excellent condition and within its original packaging. In case the return is not made according to the above, our company may not accept it.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case you receive a defective product, contact us at 2292069323 no later than 4 working days from the date of issue of the sales document and we will inform you about how to replace it without any shipping costs. After 4 working days the shipping costs of the product are borne by the customer. Note that the company “DAFNI STORE” is NOT responsible in cases of loss of parcels or destruction of products caused by the fault of the transport company.

order cancellation

You can change or cancel your order without any charge within 2 working days from the date of deposit of your deposit by calling the customer service department at tel: 2292069323 or by e-mail at sales@dafnistore.gr and if your order does not have prepare for shipment. After 2 working days from the date of deposit, the customer will be charged with cancellation and change costs which amount to 50% of the total value of the products of your order.
